Every CXD piece is created with intention and released in limited quantities.
We do not offer an extended or discretionary returns period beyond your statutory rights.
Returns: UK customers purchasing online have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, then a further 14 days to return it. Please contact us to arrange your return. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory requirements, including standard delivery charges where applicable. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item will be made only where permitted by law.
Exchanges: Need another size? Contact us on Instagram or by email with your order number. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Faulty or incorrect items: If something isn't right, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will resolve it in accordance with your consumer rights, including covering required return costs.
